Targeted Training projects offer a one stop shop for transport and logistics training and as a company they were progressing both at their head office and with new office locations around the UK. 

They had  an existing network and telecom system which needed to be implemented into this new business model.

They had also introduced "on the road" staff who would need to access their systems from off site.

By using their existing setup and fine tuning it to gain the best performance we set about to help their company grow. 

With close to 50 users there IT usage has doubled in the last 6 months keeping us on our toes in providing them with a top quality and flexible support package.  We have helped implement new software systems including state of the art Examination software from one of the market leaders. 

We provide them with real time support providing them with remote help and advice and onsite maintenance and installations.  Meeting their SLA's with a professional service.
